Hey everyone!! This week has been awesome!! So much has happened, and this transfer is flying by so fast! It's crazy!
So this week:
-Ok we meet the most craziest guy while just walking down the little "main street" of Sumrall but he was friends with the Mayor of Sumrall who we met before and we totally scheduled a time to come back and meet with him and the Mayor.
So we went back and talked with the Mayor for a little bit-and we taught him the restoration lesson right then and there. He's awesome and we're going back tomorrow to help with some service and to teach him another lesson! (; We're teaching the Mayor guys... how funny. haha
-We are also still teaching Antonio who doesn't know English THAT well, but we try and read from pamphlets and the scriptures side by side with a Spanish copy and an English copy- and the spirit is still so strong! There was even times when Sis.Gunther whipped out some Spanish stuff and I just looked up at her like, "what did you just say?" and she had no idea- but it just came out of her haha. SO COOL!
-We also helped some members in our ward with a fall festival they had at their Christmas Tree Farm! We face painted all night which was exhausting but it was still so fun! Sis.Thomley also gave us some cool shirts for helping them out..I love free things.
-ALSO MRS.BERNIE CAME TO CHURCH YESTERDAY!!!! It was the primary program (which was SO SO cute) and she loved it!!! Ah guys seriously, it was the best feeling in the world to see her walk into those church doors on Sunday.
-ALSO WE HAVE A BAPTISM IN A FEW WEEKS!!! A less-active/part member family talked to our Bishop and asked if their 8 year old and 9 year old girls could be baptized in a couple of weeks, so we went over yesterday to teach the girls and they are SO ADORABLE! I have met them a few times and they are awesome. But how crazy right?? Blessings everywhere!!
-Also today while we were playing sports at the church for P-Day, a former investigator who I have met before walked in and basically said she wants us to come back and visit her and teach her again!! Guys, this week has been freaking legit. I love it.
